NEW YEARS EVE 2019 PARTY, Updated Jan. 2, 2019
Many thanks to all those that helped to make it a special party. It was truely a community affair. Planners include, but were not limited to: Judy Williams, Joyce Norman, Marcie Reynolds and Marcie Paholski, who reserved the room almost a full year in advance. The room was decorated thanks to Sally Yoder, Val Campbell, Linda McMahon, Mary Ann Kowalski and Carlyn Bryan. Many hands made cleanup easy. Don Williams did a great job as the DJ. Live entertainment was provided by Simon Kowalski. A special thanks to Donna Rossi who, though not able to come because of flu, sent Syl to be sure that we had photos.
Click here to see those photos. Great job as usual. Thanks Syl.

2018 Frontier Santa’s Party for Disadvantaged Children, Updated Dec. 9, 2018
This year’s Party was held on December 7, for approximately 40 under privileged Sumter County children who would otherwise not have a memorable Christmas. The event is organized by our own Kathy Moraniec and is supported mainly by the De La Mesa community along with other Villagers and The Sumter County School Staff. The “Santa’s Elf” helpers purchase and wrap presents, bake and box cookies, provide and serve food and snacks, and spend the day with a child to make Christmas a reality. Unfortunately, to protect the children’s identity, we are not able to post any of their pictures on the web site. However, click HERE to see pictures of Santa’s Helpers in action.
