Villages Community Development Districts (VCDD)
De La Mesa is a private HOA that resides in the larger Village Community Development District 1 governance system. In general, we must abide by their rules first. Then, our HOA has a set of covenants and restrictions that apply only to our homeowner’s association. To familiarize yourself with our district, visit the VCDD District 1 page.

Email Consent Requirement
To receive HOA related information and other items of interest related to the community via electronic communications (i.e. emailed), Florida Law requires written permission from you to allow us to send that information to you electronically. Please print out the form below, make your selection, sign it, and return it to any Board member or email the completed form to delamesahoa@yahoo.com.
De La Mesa Name Tags
Name tags are available for purchase. They are yellow oval with Villa De La Mesa and your first and last name below. Available with magnetic or pin backing.
