Welcome to the De La Mesa Community website. De La Mesa is a community of 139 courtyard villas located in the Villages, Florida. We have our own private pool and park that only De La Mesa residents and their guests can use. De La Mesa offers a true neighborhood atmosphere with many social activities and events. This website is intended to serve as a comprehensive resource that will provide news and information to all members of the Community whether full or part time residents.

New Locks at the Pool/Park Gate Entrances
If you haven't noticed, the HOA recently installed new pull up type locks at the north and south entrance gates to the pool. All of the other pools within the Villages have these similar locks.
Just simply lift up the handle at the top and pull the gate toward you to enter, or away from you to leave the park. They are unlocked and will remain unlocked at all times.
Pool/Gazebo Area to be CLOSED Monday, 6/29
Sorry for the short notice but --
The pool and the gazebo will be closed on Monday, June 29th, for a period of time to allow workers to trim the palms around the pool area.
